Description
LIFTUBE® is a patented system designed to optimize conveyor belt performance by limiting material loss, reducing dust emissions, and simplifying maintenance.
It transforms a standard belt conveyor into a clean and enclosed transport system, without altering the existing structure.
The concept is based on replacing the traditional idlers with a custom-designed frame that holds three aligned rollers. The belt rests and folds over this frame to form a semi-circular trough. The entire system is covered with a removable hood for protection and access.
