IGF 1200 "Gemini" – Two Systems in One, with No Cross-Contamination Between Products
The bagging machine is equipped with two separate weighing and filling systems operating alternately, thus reducing the risk of active substance transfer between different products.
In addition to the physical separation of products during weighing and filling, the machine features a very thorough cleaning system.
Once filled, the pre-made bag can be either sewn or heat-sealed.
The bags are then conveyed to the palletizer.
This setup requires significantly less physical space than two separate packaging units, representing a major economic advantage of the new Gemini system.
Pre-made open-mouth bags ranging from 2.5 to 25 kg, flat or gusseted, made of woven polypropylene, plastic raffia, paper, or plastic.
• For a production rate of up to 800 bags/hour (25 kg) and 1,000 bags/hour (5 kg), depending on the type of granular or powdery product.
