The IGF automatic bagging machine developed by Concetti is a high-performance and flexible solution for packaging bulk solid products into pre-made open-mouth bags. Designed for speeds of up to 1,200 bags per hour, it can fill bags ranging from 5 to 25 kg made of paper, polyethylene or woven polypropylene, with a high level of precision thanks to its net weighing system.
Versatile by design, the IGF supports different feeding systems depending on the product — gravity feed for free-flowing materials or screw feed for fine powders — and offers a wide range of bag closing options, including simple stitching, heat sealing, and Pinch-Top closure. It stands out for its fast format changeover without manual intervention, its compliance with Industry 4.0 standards, and its easy access to components for optimized cleaning.
All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure hygiene and durability, especially in the food, chemical, and seed sectors. For sensitive production environments, the IGF Gemini version includes two independent weighing and filling systems, effectively minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
