Description
The Concetti automatic Big Bag filling machine is a solution designed to automate the packaging of free-flowing bulk solid products.
Designed to operate from the reel to the Big Bag, the system manages the main steps of the cycle: feeding empty Big Bags, transfer, positioning, filling, closing and discharge of full Big Bags to the pick-up area.
The machine integrates a net weighing system with gravity feeding. It is specifically designed for single-loop Big Bags and can reach an output of up to 200 Big Bags per hour, for formats from 500 to 1,200 kg.
The system automates handling, filling and closing operations under controlled and safe conditions. Operator intervention is limited to auxiliary tasks, helping to reduce direct manual handling during the main process phases.
Dust-free filling helps maintain a clean working environment and improves operator protection. The machine is designed for free-flowing products, including fertilizers, salt, animal feed and seeds.
The solution can be combined with marking and labelling systems to support product identification and traceability of filled Big Bags. It is also available in a full stainless-steel construction for corrosive and demanding industrial environments.
