QUALI-HIGH-FLOW cartridges are high-flow pleated filter elements.
The large filtration surface combined with the high-porosity media provides minimal pressure drops and excellent retention capacity.
Assembled by thermal welding (without glue), they ensure maximum chemical compatibility and eliminate any risk of contamination.
100% welded and reinforced design.
Two draining grids ensure constant pleat spacing; the injected outer cage prevents deformation and facilitates removal even after clogging.
Contains no surfactant, binder, adhesive or silicone.
Filter media type and porosity engraved on the end cap for precise identification.
Inside > outside filtration.
Porosities from 0.2 to 100 µm.
Media: PP, multilayer PP, polyester, glass microfibers (GF, GFF, GFF+ with nanoalumina).
Versions QTP (food-grade polypropylene, FDA), QTPR (55% recycled polypropylene) and QTPE (polyester, 110°C).
Outer diameter 152 mm, inner diameter 72 mm, lengths 20", 40" and 60".
Maximum pressure drop 3 bar; recommended replacement differential pressure 2 bar.
