QUALI-PLEATED-BAG is a high-flow pleated filter element that installs in place of a filter bag.
Compatible with most bag housings on the market.
The large filtration surface combined with the high-porosity media provides minimal pressure drops and excellent retention capacity, thanks to its design (draining grids, multilayer).
Assembled by thermal welding (without glue); 100% welded and reinforced design.
Contains no surfactant, binder, adhesive or silicone.
Filter media type and porosity engraved on the end cap.
High efficiency 99.90%.
Meltblown PP / PE / GF (glass microfiber) media.
Filtration rating from 0.2 to 100 µm.
Lip-seal outer diameter 180 mm, outer cage 152 mm, inner diameter 72 mm; length equivalent to size 10 and 20 bags.
Part of the SIEBEC CSR Sustainable Program (55% recycled materials).
