Flexomix mixer / agglomerator
The Flexomix is a vertical continuous mixer and agglomerator, developed to achieve a highly homogeneous mixture of powders and liquids. It is quite different from any other continuous mixer, with its vertical cylindrical chamber and vertical rotating shaft. Its very high rotational speed and turbulent mixing ensure the mixer chamber remains clean; it enables precise dosing of both liquid and solid components and is suitable even for the stickiest products.
The Flexomix excels at mixing powders with other powders or powders with liquids to a high degree of homogeneity, even when the products are sticky. As a result, it is perfectly suited to wet agglomeration.
