TOPLINE® is a modern, fully automatic bagging machine, specially designed for packaging free-flowing fine powders. The entire bagging process, from filling to closing the open-mouth bags, takes place in a compact cabinet.
The TOPLINE's strengths are numerous: a high level of cleanliness, perfectly suited to the food industry, precise weights, thanks to a weighing system adapted to the product, attractive bag shapes, thanks to a product densification system, good product protection, with a closing system carefully selected according to your project, with, at the end of the day, attractive advertising support, thanks to quality prints and materials (e.g. high-gloss finish).
This bagging machine fills open-mouth bags from 5 to 25kg, with placement of the empty bags. During filling, the product is automatically densified and/or de-aerated. The bags are closed by impulse (of the inner PE layer), welding, sewing or top-folding. At discharge, the full bags are placed in line or turned through 90° to match the conveying direction of the palletizer infeed.
