PerfTrak is TeepTrak's plug & play OEE and downtime-tracking solution. A wireless module is installed on any machine – legacy or modern – in a few hours, with no integration or infrastructure. Operators qualify stops on a tablet, and managers get real-time OEE, downtime causes and loss analysis on PC, tablet or smartphone. PerfTrak combines IoT (Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, Android) with Lean Management principles to measure the performance of any equipment, identify the root causes of losses, reduce downtime and consolidate performance across lines, plants and sites.
