Description
The HYDRASCREW system allows to unload difficult to flow materials that are heavy or light, powdery or fibrous, dry or damp, that do not easily flow by natural means and stored in flat bottom silos.
Principle: the HYDRASCREW system uses hydraulic transmission. An Archimedean screw, driven by a directly couple hydraulic motor, sweeps the cell bottom radius through 360° and ensures discharge of the product on the First In First Out principle (FIFO). The hydraulic transmission system allows to transmit high low-speed torques, thanks mainly to the MORILLON start-up BOOSTER System.
Advantages: respect of the FIFO principle, start-up BOOSTER system, full silo maintenance possibility, speed regulation without loss of efficiency and no overheating, smooth running and good flexibility, sturdiness and reliability.
HYDRASCREW range: for silos from 2 to 25m diameter and allows discharge capacities up to 500 m3/h depending on the product to unload.
