Designed to vacuum and convey dust, dry or wet materials, and heavy materials, the e-Futurion Q10 is a 100% electric vacuum truck that reduces reliance on fossil fuels without compromising on power, operating range, or productivity.
1. Industrial power, 100% electric
High-performance vacuum trucks operate in particularly demanding environments, including waste treatment facilities, chemical and food processing plants, power stations, quarries, cement plants, and public works sites. These applications require high airflow rates and powerful suction, traditionally associated with diesel-powered systems.
The e-Futurion Q10 changes this approach with a fully electric powertrain and zero direct fossil-fuel exhaust emissions:
• Standard-size vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 8,500 m³/h
• 490 kW motor power for demanding industrial applications
2. Work and recharge simultaneously
Its Charge-While-Working technology is one of its key advantages. During stationary operations, the truck can be connected to an external power supply, allowing it to recharge while operating. This solution helps extend its operating range and maximise machine availability on site.
More than 75% of jobs can be completed on a single charge. Just 60 minutes of charging provides enough additional range to cover up to 95% of daily jobs.
3. Optimised energy use and availability
The electric drivetrain minimises energy losses by completely shutting down the pump when running idle, significantly reducing mechanical wear.
The DISAB Connect telematics system further enhances efficiency by monitoring machine performance and enabling remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
4. Compact and designed for confined environments
At less than 10 metres long, the e-Futurion Q10 can operate safely in tunnels and other confined indoor environments.
Its low noise levels and absence of direct exhaust emissions also open up new possibilities for operation in environments where diesel vehicles are prohibited, including indoor facilities, sensitive sites, and city centres subject to emission restrictions.
5. Versatility, productivity and safety
Highly versatile, the e-Futurion Q10 can vacuum cement dust, metal residues, sand, mud, rubble, and bulk materials. It is also suitable for cleaning silos, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
By speeding up cleaning and maintenance operations, it helps reduce plant downtime. Mechanised vacuuming also helps limit workers’ exposure to dust and hazardous substances while reducing the need for direct intervention in high-risk areas.
