Bag Emptying hoppers
Description
ISERCO manufactures bag emptying hoppers made to measure, adapted to the needs of many industrial sectors. A hopper without options comprises:
an access door on gas springs, fitted with an inductive sensor and secured by two toggle latches, which prevents the door from closing abruptly;
a support shelf for placing the bag;
a bag emptying chamber with removable grid;
a square or round hopper.
According to the flowability of your product
Good flowability: the product flows smoothly and evenly under gravity. The basic hopper can be fitted with options: handle, handling wheels, empty-bag evacuation system, connection to your process.
Poor flowability: a cohesive, clogging product, or one stored in a humid environment, flows poorly. We offer equipment that makes emptying easier: suction and unclogging system (nozzle), vibration by unbalanced motor under the hopper, fish tails inside the hopper, lump-breaker to break up the lumps formed during storage or transport.
“High Hygiene” version
This hopper is designed for industries with strict hygiene rules, such as food and pharmaceuticals. All elements can be easily dismantled for cleaning, including the motor plate, which is detachable.
No retention areas: the undersides are sloped so that water drains towards the outlet during cleaning. Inner edges are smooth, polished and rounded. All hollow bodies are closed to limit the risk of contamination.
Surfaces: the hopper is polished and micro-bead blasted inside. On the outside, a natural mineral surface treatment, SublimotionProcess®, is applied.
Food contact: equipment in direct contact with the product is certified compliant with food standards.
