Emptying big bag Station

Description

The flowability of your product determines the configuration of your station. Each ISERCO discharge station is custom-designed based on the flowability of your product and the space available at your site. A basic station includes: a steel or stainless steel frame, sized to fit your site; a chassis with a monorail and hoist (chain, pneumatic, ATEX, etc.); a big bag handling beam (standard or extendable); a vibrating hopper with a de-lumping box to facilitate extraction. In addition to this basic configuration, numerous options are available: ISERCLOSE for partial emptying of the big bag, CLEAN-CONNECT for a completely leak-proof discharge at the big bag outlet, screw or pneumatic transfer systems, and pyramid-shaped cutting blades for bottomless big bags. Good flowability: The product flows easily and evenly under the force of gravity, without clumping. The base station is sufficient. Poor flowability: The product, which is cohesive and compact, forms clumps and mounds, especially in humid conditions. We add an automated and safe pneumatic agitation system that breaks up the clumps. This system is available in a bottom agitation version (cylinders under the pallets) or a side agitation version (one cylinder on each side of the big bag). A clump breaker under the hopper can complement the system. Poor flowability: The product, which is very dense and very fine, often forms massive blocks. In this case, the big bag is handled as a single unit, and we add a hydraulic agitation system. Hydraulic cylinders at the bottom of the big bag break up clumps and arches, applying the force necessary to crush heavily agglomerated materials. The system is automated and safe.
